Rivia is built around the tools I use every day to support my clients. After thousands of hours across hundreds of engagements, the patterns became obvious, so I built systems to solve them, and made those systems continuously available to every business I work with.
The story
After enough projects, the patterns stopped being surprising.
Working with startups and small businesses over decades of hands-on technical work, I kept running into the same problems in different packaging. The same cloud misconfigurations. The same security backlog nobody had bandwidth to act on. The same unclear AWS bill. The same outage with no postmortem. Different companies, same shape of problem.
So I stopped solving each instance from scratch. I built tools to systematize what I was doing: scripts that automated the detection, dashboards that centralized the visibility, intelligence reports that summarized findings in plain English every morning. Engagement after engagement, the tooling got sharper.
Rivia is where those tools landed. A platform I use every day with clients, now available as an ongoing service, so the expertise that used to live inside a scoped contract is accessible continuously, at a cost that works for a 10-person startup.

When project work is needed beyond your included hours, I scope it clearly: hours, deliverables, timeline. You approve it before anything starts. You can also take the scope and run it with your own team.
